What I have realized and learned from my nearly 10-year experienced management work!

I have the pleasure to join in Zhangjiagang Zhongyuan Pipe-making Co., Ltd since I grew up as a managerial staff from a Fortune 500 Companies initially. It took me nearly ten years to successively work in such managerial positions as production management, quality management, logistics management, and Human Resources management etc. in the Fortune 500 Companies. The management working exercises of nearly ten years made me realize deeply that the value of management work mainly aimed at managing the relevant staff, that the necessary to analyze each staff ‘s starting point was regarded as the guidance to be convincing, and that the support by the subordinate staff and the guidance talent practically should be gradually trained.
 
 
Methods up to Thoughts, the following 20 points of opinions gotten by my practical management are shared with you together to make a common progress. 
 
1)       Once when the leader set down the right rule, the subordinate staff should implement strictly.
 
2)       The enterprise management should pay attention to the general character, through training the general character of all the staff in order to control individual personal character.
 
3)       One person fishes to catch few fishes, so it’s important to teach all the subordinate staff how to fish.
 
4)       It’s a management benefit that we’d rather get more done on less money than spend money foolishly to do things well.
 
5)    Better never to begin than never to turn a good thing into a bad one.
 
6)       There is no justification for the enterprise. Don’t make an excuse alone to do things well.
              
7)       Management is a Risk Control and Gaming Balance.
 
8)       The leader is a player to have both carriages and soldiers.
 
9)       The leader should be good at coordinating to achieve a optimal rational resources allocation.
 
 
10)   We should obey the tenet, that the trait of thinking must be careful before acting, that simplicity is the key to success, that always keep what we do simple, and that when complicated repeat, eliminate to make it simple thus incomprehensible becomes understandable.
 
 
11)   Management is not to engage in haggling, but Authority Control. It is better not to do it at all than do it by halves or by discount.
 
12)   If someone determines to do things well , no one can stop his or hers doing. No person can be driven to death by a breath.
 
13)   The leader should not be busy with affairs but emphasize the determination matters, so do good equilibrium of authorization and authorized. 
 
 
14)   Enterprise management should proceed according to the quantitive assessment. Only have the leader no appropriate methods to assess the quantitive outcome, no matters or affairs no way to be measured.
 
 
15)   Processes determine the outcome good or bad. If you’d like achieve the desired results, it mainly controls the processes of doing things.
 
16)   The appropriate staff fits the right position. One useless leader usually occurs possibly is that he or she manages and leads disappointingly ineffective or unsuccessfully.
 
 
17)  We’re human beings, not gods! A good leader should fit the different subordinate staff up with the appropriate job.
 
18)   Management doesn’t equal to consciousness. The system assessment promotion wins the final success, not staff consciousness.
 
19)   The fault lies with no good training your subordinate staff, not with you.
 
 
20)   A good leader is to guide all the others do things well, rather than to do all kinds of things by oneself, to lead the team achieve the set objective.
